Welcome to Rhythms & Roads, my space for thought, creativity, and quiet inspiration.
As a deep thinker who loves reflecting on life and the wonders of the world, I do this most often through creative expression. This blog is my playful outlet to share pieces of my journey — poetry, stories, art, and perspectives on the moments, lessons, and wisdom that shape life’s rhythm.
Writing and creating help me make sense of the world — to slow down, notice the small things, and discover the insights tucked into everyday experiences. My hope is that something here sparks a pause, inspiration, and a bit of curiosity as you travel your own journey.
Life’s a road, a rhythm, and a story — let’s see where it leads.
About the Author
👋 Hey there! My name is Maria Gosur, a multi-passionate creative who loves to learn, design, teach, and inspire. By day, I’m a UX Engineer, designing and developing websites for a college. Nights and weekends, I run Creative Seed, providing web and graphic design services for clients, and BrandRoots, where I help others grow their skills, confidence, and output in creative work. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and encouragement with those pursuing big goals and learning to thrive as resilient creatives.
Learning, reflecting, creating, and growing are in my bones. I thirst for them like the body thirsts for water. I can’t help but dive deep into study or creative flow; it’s how I make sense of the world and feed my curiosity. Even with a busy work schedule, I always make time for this essential outlet — it’s what makes me feel fully alive. It makes life interesting and brings meaning and wonder to it.
When I’m not working, I explore creative projects of all kinds — design, coding, video, writing, drawing, and other art mediums. I love immersing myself like an engaged student in topics like design, technology, business, leadership, self-help, psychology, philosophy, theology, memoirs, and perspectives that make our world fascinating.
With so many interests, I naturally turn to writing, design, and art as ways to absorb, process, and share what I discover. I love asking questions, tackling complex challenges, and conversing in deep conversations with those equally as curious about the wonders of life.
I’m so glad you’re here, and I hope this little corner of the web offers a moment of reflection, a fresh perspective, or a spark of inspiration for your own journey.
